If something is not right - you
have a concern or a complaint or just need to know what to do
next - please talk to your child's teacher. Send a note in the KIT Book,
or contact the Office to make an appointment. You can phone 06 328 8845 during
school hours or e-mail
firstname.lastname@example.org for guidance.
Please be aware
that "just popping into the classroom" may not always be
convenient or appropriate.
We have a
process in place for dealing with concerns, complaints or
queries. We encourage families to follow these steps
to reach a satisfactory outcome. Please refer to the chart
If you need to take an issue or
complaint to the Board of Trustees (after following the steps
outlined here), you are welcome to contact the Board Chairperson
to discuss your problem and find the best way to proceed.

Formal complaints to the Board of
Trustees are to be in writing (not e-mail) and
delivered to the Office or posted to:
